- Depending on the size of your home, a 3 hour cleaning may allow us to thoroughly
clean several rooms in your home.
- Bathrooms (medium-to-large full bathrooms) take a minimum of 45 minutes to clean.
- Here
are some examples of what we might typically clean in 3 hours:
- Full clean of 1 medium master bath, master bedroom,
and 1 small bath, or...
- Dust, vacuum, and mop the first or second floor, and clean a medium kitchen, or...
- Cobweb,
vacuum and mop 2000 square foot home
- Time to clean can depend on the size of the rooms, pets, knick-knacks, and
amount of hardwood vs. carpeting.
- We may send two people to get the job done faster. For example, if you have purchased
two hours, we may send two people for one hour, rather than one person for two hours. You will get the same number
of total hours, and we will clean the same number of rooms.

Our goal is to contact
you within 72 hours of receiving your online form. We will contact you via email with a recommended date for your service.
When you receive the scheduling email, please reply promptly to confirm the date or request a change. You may receive
the scheduling email from Jane's mother, Mary, who helps with scheduling. workerbee.clark@gmail.com.
We will make every effort to schedule your cleaning as soon as possible. Our coupons are very popular so please
be aware that next week service might not be possible. Depending upon demand we may be scheduling out as far
as 6 weeks. No worries, though, as your coupon is good for six months!
You do not
need to wait at home for us! Many of our customers work outside of the home. Just advise us on the form how we are
to enter. No worries, again, we are licensed, bonded and insured. On the day of the service - Leave
us a note on your counter with a prioritized list of rooms you'd like us to clean. Be specific about
the rooms (bathroom at top of stairwell, yellow bedroom). We will start at the top of the list and do as many rooms as possible
in the time allotted.
- It is important to advise us if you do not want certain cleaning products
used or certain items not touched!
- Please leave your coupon voucher on the counter with your priority
list

products? A: No, we bring our own quality cleaning products. Start Fresh Cleaning Service
uses an excellent line of products such as Tilex mold/mildew, Scrubbing Bubbles, stainless steel polish, and Endust.
Q: Does Start Fresh Cleaning Service use any green products? A:
Yes, Basic H by Shaklee! Basic H is used throughout the kitchen and in place of Windex with ammonia. Shaklee is safe
on all types of flooring.
Q: Is it OK if my pets are home? A:
We love pets! Leave a treat out for us to give to your pet so they love us, too! If they are not friendly, please put them
in a secure area.
Q: Can I get a quote for continuing cleaning services
from Start Fresh? A: We would love to give you a quote for free. Just check the appropriate box on the form and we will contact you, or you can contact us at any time to schedule an appointment for a quote.
