Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once the cleaning service has been completed.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any part of your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of your service. We will gladly return and re-clean the area at no additional charge.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance

Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee

Access & Conditions

Clients are responsible for providing safe access to the property. If our team is unable to complete the service due to access issues or unsafe conditions, charges may still apply.

Damages

If any damage occurs during service, it must be reported within 24 hours. We will review and resolve the issue promptly.
