Welcome to Start Fresh Cleaning Service! We are a family-owned cleaning company proudly serving Wake Forest, Raleigh, and surrounding communities since 2005. Our goal is to provide reliable, professional cleaning services while making your experience simple and stress-free.

 

Our Services:

 

We offer residential cleaning services, including one-time, weekly, biweekly, monthly, and detailed cleaning. Services are customized based on your home's needs, condition, and cleaning priorities.

 

Scheduling:

Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We provide morning and afternoon arrival windows and typically send appointment reminders one day before your scheduled cleaning. Arrival times may change due to traffic, scheduling adjustments, or unexpected circumstances

 

Pricing & Payment:

 

Labor hours represent the combined working time of our cleaning team. Final pricing depends on the size and condition of your home, the time required, and any additional services requested. Payment is due after the cleaning unless otherwise arranged.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling:

 

We understand that plans change! Recurring customers may skip one scheduled cleaning every six months without a fee. Additional skipped appointments are subject to a $75 skip fee. If you reschedule your cleaning within the same week, the skip fee can be avoided, subject to availability. We appreciate as much advance notice as possible.

 

Preparing for Your Cleaning:

 

Please ensure our team can access your home at the scheduled time. We recommend securing valuables, fragile items, and pets before our arrival.If your home requires special cleaning products or has delicate surfaces, please let us know in advance.

 

Cleaning Supplies & Safety:

 

Our team brings professional cleaning supplies and equipment. We primarily use Shaklee products, along with other cleaning products when appropriate. For employee safety, our cleaners wear work shoes and follow company safety procedures. We reserve the right to decline cleaning tasks involving hazardous or unsafe conditions.

 

Satisfaction & Quality:

 

Your satisfaction matters to us! If something was missed or you have concerns about your cleaning, please contact our office as soon as possible. We will review your feedback and work toward an appropriate solution. Please understand that some stains, buildup, and surface damage may not be removable through standard cleaning.

 

Damages & Personal Belongings:

 

Our employees take care when working in your home. If an item is accidentally damaged, please notify us promptly so we can investigate and address the situation appropriately. We recommend putting away fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items before your appointment.

 

Website & Privacy:

 

Information submitted through our website is used to respond to inquiries, provide estimates, and manage cleaning appointments. We respect your privacy and handle customer information in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.
